Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an Outside of School Hours 2IC (Assistant Coordinator) position located in Dee Why. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership support role within a well-run service at a co-educational private school on the Northern Beaches. This role would suit an experienced educator ready to step up into a 2IC position, working closely with an experienced Coordinator while building confidence in operations, compliance, and programming. Role Details: Permanent part-time position (30 hours per week) $36 per hour superannuation Split shift allowance applicable Opportunity for full-time hours during vacation care Working Hours: Before School Care: 6:50am – 8:50am After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:00pm Admin: Tuesday 11:00am – 1:00pm, Friday 1:00pm – 2:00pm About the Service: Co-educational private school setting Approximately 40 children in after school care Smaller morning program (up to 8 children) Structured service with strong systems in place Supportive, tight-knit team culture About You: Certificate III working towards Diploma or Diploma-qualified Experience in OSHC or early childhood (Room Leader or Responsible Person level preferred) Confident supporting programming, compliance, and daily operations Strong organisational and communication skills Willingness to learn and step into leadership responsibilities Requirements : Certificate III Valid Working with Children Check CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain) Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Join This Organisation?
